Emotions are important; they are the inner reactions of people when they are in different situations. Positive emotions, such as happiness, joy and pleasure, are welcomed, while negative emotions, such as sadness, pain, aggression, anger, anxiety and frustration, are rejected, and in some cases even disallowed. One’s negative emotions are judged as ‘bad’ by strange moral standards. In my perception, emotions should not be categorised as positive or negative. Emotions are the energy that flows naturally through our bodies, and ‘water’ represents the carrier of the human being, with all the ‘ripples’ and ‘splashes’ that appear on it. These appear and dissipate, come and go, constituting a beautiful picture. Life should be as beautiful as this picture, so let’s observe it quietly, receive it and see it go.
